  • It depends on how many pans we are cooking at once. On average we need about 3x3 square meters. And preferably an undercover space with some lighting. However, our equipment is very versatile and adaptable to many different spaces so just let us know your particular situation.

  • Yes. Please let us know exactly the allergies or requirements you need beforehand.

  • Yes, we provide biodegradable plates, cutlery and napkins.

  • The service lasts a maximum 3,5 hours (service time includes setup & pack up). We need to access the area about 1.5 to 2 hours before serving time. After that Paella is served if there are any leftovers, we will keep them into take away containers for you to keep.

  • We just need the space to cook with light, preferably a covered area and access to tap water for cooking. If access to water is a problem, please let us know beforehand so we can bring our own to cook.

  • Yes, depending on how fare are you and how many people the travel fee will be adjusted. Get in touch and tell us your specific situation so we can help you out.

  • To make a booking, just send us an email with the following information: Name, day of the event, address, time to eat, amount of guests and Paella flavour/s. Once we send you the quote and invoice we request a 30% deposit as a bond to secure the spot.

  • We cater for as little as 10 for up to 300 people.

  • Our servings are generous and sometimes we end up with some left overs which we put in take away containers for you to keep or give to your guests. The paella has to be served when ready, if we have to warm the paella up too many times the rice loses its consistency and we might spoil any leftovers.

  • Yes, all of our Paella’s are gluten free by default.

  • Two weeks prior we need to have a confirmed number. Any last minute additions may be made up to one week prior to the event.
